This River Could be Yours
We have a farm in Costa Rica. It is a beautiful place. We purchased this property after taking many trips down there and seeing a great many farms. This one is really special. It is in the outskirts of the Braulio Carrillo National Park. It takes 1 hour to get there from San Jose. We are six miles south of Guapiles. The highlights of the farm are:
Nearly flat. There is a caretaker's house, a weekend cabin, a 2 - bedroom house, 2 large, no not large, huge barns, a 3 stall pig pen. There are 2 Tilapia ponds. There is a stream, and a gorgeous, crystal clear, river. The farm measures 77 acres, or 31 hectarias. It consists of two parcels.
In 2009, we planted over 20,000 rapid growing, harvestable wood trees.
